Author and journalist Julie Satow offers an inside look at the ambitious restoration of the iconic Waldorf Astoria. Drawing on her research for her book The Plaza, Satow connects the stories of two of New York’s most legendary hotels, both embodiments of Gilded Age grandeur and modern reinvention.
