Join us this summer at the Flagler Museum for Summer in the Pavilion, a season of hands-on creativity and exploration designed for visitors of all ages. Running from June 9 through July 31, this self-guided program invites guests to discover history through engaging activities that connect to Henry Flagler, Whitehall, and life during the Gilded Age.

Throughout the summer, activities will rotate regularly, providing new opportunities for visitors to create, experiment, and learn. Guests can participate in a variety of arts, crafts, and STEM-inspired projects that encourage creativity while exploring themes connected to the Museum and its history.

Activities may include engineering challenges, such as building bridges inspired by the railroads and infrastructure that transformed Florida, as well as art projects, such as creating Martin Johnson Heade-inspired portrait paintings and other Gilded Age-themed creations. Each activity is designed to help visitors make meaningful connections between history, innovation, and imagination.

Whether you are visiting with family, exploring your own, or looking for a fun educational experience, Summer in the Pavilion offers a unique opportunity to step into the world of Whitehall through interactive discovery and hands-on learning. New experiences throughout the summer make every visit a little different.

The Summer in the Pavilion program is included with admission and is suitable for children ages 3 - 12. Children ages 5 and under are always free.  A Family Membership provides free admission for two adults and children for one year!
